So I'm trying out the FoR. Just finished the scratchbuild this morning.

Librarian will be taking Divination.

Trying out the Heavy Psycannon on my Dreadknight, had been using the Incinerator exclusivly previous.

How has the Dknight been treating you in 6th?  I have one, and I'm going to convert another, but I'd actually like to play with them.  I'm a huge fan of Interceptors, and I'd love an army built around them.

As for your list.
I think the TL Lascannon would be better than the Assault cannon.  The increase lethality of AP2 vs vehicles makes the higher strength of the cannon that much better.  Absolutely  fantastic when used against other flyers.

I know the Vindicare is there for Land Raider popping, but personally I'd rather have a Techmarine.  GK Techmarines are still one of the best units out there, especially with his wargear choices and the new Look-Out-Sir! shennanigans you can play.  If you want some more ranged firepower, put the Orbital Strike Relay on him!  Or maybe the full complement of grenades?  How about a warding staff for close combat?

I normally take the Incinerator but I felt like I'd try something different.

I have the Assault cannon on the Raven because of the Psybolts. That and I usually POTMS the MM into a tank and everything else shoots up infantry.

Ooh, you have the fortress? How's that working out for you? Seems expensive and while you can just hole up in there and lay down fire, it might be too tempting to stay in there and no go after objectives...

Heck, if you're taking psybolts, how about taking the Hurricane sponsons then?  That gives you 5 potential weapon destroyed results, so you only have a 20% chance to lose something important.

I couldn't fit in the Hurricane sponsons unfortunantly.

I'm using my Scratch-built fortress. one bastion and foam board is amazing.

I want to get a bastion and then paint it up with the symbol from the movie 12 Monkeys.  It'll be garrisoned by an Inquisitorial warband.  Care to guess what the warband will be composed of?   

O'damn. I just realized the schiz that goes down if a Vindicare shoots the Missile Silo.

Why, what happens?

He gets to allocate all the hits due to his Deadshot rule. Not to mention he is BS8.

Ha! I thought you meant a vindicare shooting at it, not with it. I was trying to find where a precise shot could blow the missile silo sky high...

But yes, BS8 ordinance is terrifying with the sniper ability on top...
