Hey all
I recently started into Ogres and was intrigued by the prospect of painting them mostly. They seemed like a lot of fun to put a brush to, and so far, this has proven correct!
This is my first unit of ogres. I went for a very undead-skin approach which seems to be rather popular with ogres. The pictures are a bit darker though, the final highlight of the skin is Citadel's Pallid Wych Flesh, which is an off-white with a red tone to it. The layers under that are reaper's undead skin triad - Ghoul skin, moldy skin and bloodless skin. the 6th ogre is still getting varnished at the taking of this picture.

Crusher:

Bellower- His tattoo is a play on the classic "mom" tattoo but says "maw"

Ogres:

This is the start of a force that, thanks to just wanting to paint this one box set, is going to grow quite large eventually. I am starting on a unit of leadbelchers next and I will hopefully put some weekly updates on this gnoblog
I would also appreciate any comments, criticism, or ideas for my tribe! thanks!
