how to use lahmian medium?

original thread ↗

okay this was probably a stupid idea but i needed to make some verdigris wash so what I was thinking of doing was simply taking my hawk turqoise and dumping abit into the medium pot as I really really suck at mixing paints on a pallet lol  I wasnt planning on making any other washes with the medium anyways.

basically my question is is how best to make a verdigris wash and is lahmian medium something you would use for it...so far I have just been doing a thraka green wash with okay results.
Well, Best thing is to look what is working for you.
You can check my gnoblog for my verdigris. I like my heavy verdigris look.
I just use a mix of vajello turqoise and water, 1:1. And then see if its heavy enough.
I paint it over my metal and wipe very light over the raised areas. It is still on the raised areas but it isnt fully turquoise. Its more like dapping or stippling as you can see in my pictures

Note: The picture of the mournfang cavalry isnt a good reference, it isnt as bright as the picture shows.
And i just use tin bitz and a black wash under the verdigris
