Hunter Gnoblog

Since a big chunk of my army is complete, I decided to do smaller Gnoblogs instead of throwing up various different Ogre and other painting projects. Now before the mods scream, this is no blog, a hunter is a single model, this project is more than just a hunter. I intend to do a few of these, Greasus and his Guard, Big Gribbleys, Ogre specified terrain, and so on.

This first one includes painting my last nine sabretusks, putting the regular hunter on a Stonehorn and paint it, paint and bolster my 6 Yhetees to 12, and add a story behind it all.

Here is my hunter that I have now. I repainted him from a blonde younger version with reddish/browning clothes to a more cold look. This is the model I also have a finecast version of and the one I intend to convert so he can sit on a Stonehorn without looking goofy. I also intend to paint the finecast version exactly the same.

All in all this is what I will focus on the coming weeks (hopefully it will be just weeks).

Beautifull paintjob. I especially love the skull-gutplate. It looks very real.

(I know that this is project hunter, but...) Is there any chance you'd give me a better look at your sabretusks? I like what I see over there in the corner.
