the guardianz of thunder tribe like noize and steel. They realize with time it is good to be clean and keep to old rusty metal as a symbol of long troubling life. They almost understand how to transform steel in armour.

here a wip of what if done and what i'm doing.

I like the color, especially the way the flames contrast on the lead belchers.

Ok i have 100pts to take magic item and i want to split it in a banner, the butcher and the bruiser.

The bruiser is wysiwyg heavy armour, shield, helmet and sword. the butcher is wysiwyg with a kind of sword, knife.

Any idea??? or suggestion.

By the way i start to painting an ogre i pledge to do.

Ok an ogre done and a WIP too. 

so serie of 2 step picture. First step is shading and second step is highliting. I took the picture in two step even if i used a lot of layers too acheive this result.











so one of five is done for the april challenge.

Should i continue with the Butcher or the Gorger?

finaly i did the Gorger, two part of my pledge in one day. I hope the rest gonna be smooth as today.

ok, sorry if there's something that i wrote that could seem funny english is my second language even if i'm canadian. So it's not because i'm under 16 if i do bad misspelling.

I started to build an other bruiser from my scratch bits it's almost done i'm working on the green stuff right now, i'll show it to you later.

so i wanted this bruiser to be suitable for a bull unit.







so i cant now play a 1700pts game or switching bruiser or butcher for a 1500pts

Thank you, i'm glad you appreciate. It look like a gorger and i'm proud of it. but... I cannot take all the congrats for this one because this idea is not totaly mine. Gw suggest this type of conversion during 2004/2005.

By the way i'm done with the 3 bull i had pledge to do i'll send picture later today. Now, i start to paint the butcher!

Looking good LpL, Butcher's wooden leg in particular has a very good woodgrain effect.

Too much I think. Besides he wouldn't have any hair left with a fire on his left shoulder!

Tank you. I agree. But putting some flame there cannot go out of my mind. So i took off the hair and almost all the percing on his arm and forearm. His now bald and shiny. I rolling my green stuff right away. You'll see

Finaly the butcher is done, and with it all what i pledge to do this month is done too.

It took a lot of time but i liked every minutes of it. I want to present it in a local contest in montreal by the end of may. I'm lookin foward to see how it work.

Lovely job on the SM the flame really gives it some life along with the scraps of clothes. Can't wait to see more!

Yeah!!! those are subtle conversion. I was feeling like the original model have too many things sculpt on it, so i change it. By the  same time, i get rid of the funny stuff like his belly button and his crack were the sun never shine. I want him totally bad. He's not scary as i want it but... he's only the butcher. I'm lookin foward to have the chance to work on the real SM. For pants, i tried to make it like it's a banner of a Khorne unit just fold and sew.
