HELP: 750pts tourney list

One of the local hobby store around here is throwing a mini-tournament for 750pts lists.

I am actually having a headache by trying to fit some of the painted stuff I have (~1100pts) in a 750pts list.

Can you help me ? Look at the pics for WYSIWYG

- Bruiser (2 weapons)

- Butcher (sword, 2x tooth gnoblars)

- Hunter (no sabertusk)

- up to 6 Ironguts (standard, bellower, gutlord)

- up to 4 Bulls (standard, bellower)

Anyway, I already know that I might battle versus DE and O+G armies, since my 2 friends are also entering the tournament

I would drop the Hunter I am normally a big fan of hunters but in this small of a game I would drop him like a hot cake. Get some trapers and Gnoblars. Butchers can be good in small games because people don't expect them so you can tool up your units with Gut magic most of the time.

i don't own any gnoblars and i do not intend to buy any... i only want to build a 750pts army with was listed above

Well in that case just take the brusier, butcher, 4 bulls, 6 Ironguts. But you will probly be out flank out numbered and taken down pretty quickly. IF you take out the standard bearer in the bulls that will give you around 22 pts to play with.

My first draft is:

- Bruiser w/ 2 hand-weapons, light-armour, Bullgut
- 3 ironguts w/ standard, bellower

- Butcher w/ skullmantle
- 3 bulls w/ standard, ironfists

- 3 bulls w/ ironfist

total: 750pts

Could i suggest a gorger?

Maybe a maneater...but mainly a gorger.

In my 500 pts games i have had, a gorger has been the biggest tactical advantage, scares the hell out of them.

Otherwise it looks good, but i would see what i could do to spare 75 pts for a gorger

replace "gnoblars" by "gorger"  

damn...ok.
