It is a firebelly!
Lovely conversions, I'm a huge fan of the SM in particular.

Making Maneaters is pure bliss with all the new kits and possibilities.

Keep up the good work, looking forward to more :)
Hello Everyone!

So yes shockingly for me it has been a while and I felt it be time to update you all with what I have been working on. So my secret model that I have been working on, has spent enough time sitting there waiting to been shown off. So I guess after a couple guess's I thought I would let you see the final sculpt.

You sir were actually correct!

my FIREBELLY!

Right now this is not the only thing I have been working on but I really want to know what people are thinking about with this sculpt. It is something that I am quite chuffed with and really wanna hear what people think. But like said before I do still have another few things I have been working on... Stay tuned!

Great Firebelly can't wait to see it painted.

Keep Calm and Praise the Sun!
Thankyou for all your comments. I will start painting him soon enough but before hand.

I did say there would be more...

So we have some painting going on at the moment as well as some modelling. Really trying to get this army pushed to get finished to a point of using them at Warhammer world on the 2nd and 3rd.

I have been working on gutplates since last night but thats what Im going to show. Instead it Maneater update time. More little bits to show and one more nearly complete...

I am going to spend my second day off my foot working on even more ogres. Lets see if we can get this Mutha finished!

Sooo after a long night of enjoyment and drinking me and the missus have had a wonderful night I thought it best upload the latest delight in my converting work.

This is my latest Maneater
I give you my nurgle champion!

Still a lot of work to do on him. At the moment I have to say I am happy how the mouth has turned out. He makes my unit work perfectly to one of my butchers or my Firebelly within the unit.

Let me know what you think of me latest creation! :D

Does anyone know how to change your army thread name? As theres a little change to it... The clans new name is

The Rusted Spines...

Well it will all become apparent in this post as I had a massive painting session on thursday and friday. Sadly though today I havent managed to get much painting done as I sadly have been ill most of the day and not to drinking amazingly! I have managed to make up one of my secret weapons for thursday now though but I feel I will have a good rest tonight before my paintbrush touches a model as I really dont trust myself with it.

But luckily like i said before I have managed to get the armour done on my ogres. Pretty much all bar the latest few painted now have gut plates and metal painted. Before I paint the weapons I want to run it by people to see what you all think.

Apologies for the photos and the crappy quality, its just one of those days really but hopefully tomorrow I will get you some nice photos when I get painting tomorrow. Hopefully will feel better and then I can steam through things such as my firebelly and my secret weapons...

Oi Cragum!

Not sure how I missed to comment on your Firebelly until now! It is made of awesome, and doesn't have to hide from the official model at all! You even achieved to make the model look different from the usual Ogre pose, which is great!

On the metals...I like them alot, the verdigris looks very good, particularly on the tyrant. I'm planning something similar (after Ettin and Firebelly...), and your Tyrant shows that it works, which is very encouraging!

Lastly,I like the Nurgle Maneater. The Giant hand fits perfectly! And is that a Chaos Knight weapon? Looks to be the perfect size, even for an Ogre!  :glol:

Last one: Stake out, Overpowered!
Lovin' that nurgle champion!
Love to see the Firebelly when it's painted.

It's certainly given me ideas for how to sculpt my own custom Firebelly.

And you gotta love all the extra bits from the Thundertusk kit.

With greenstuff I made my own Hunter out of the extra bits.

Hello everyone! Been a bit since i have been on here, Mainly because I have been gaming as much as I can in last week.

Thankyou very much for the comments. Hoping to get you all some model updates soon enough...

Not much on the models front but some pictures from our day at Warhammer World. I have to say after my week of gaming... I hate Brets

So it was me using Ogres and my mate using Vamps on our side. While my other two mates used Brets and Empire. It was an ugly match with me and the Brets becoming rather a double ended battle with one unit crushing one then that unit being crushed like another.

Came out losing horridly but had a laugh an used my Maneaters in a full painted unit for once and they rocked. Would of been perfect if they didnt die by being run down by failing a terror test nearer the end of the game. Pretty sure bar the Ironblaster and my Firebelly everything in my army was painted give of take a gnoblar...
