2000pt army list agaisnt vc

hey guys, i played a VC player today with 2000pts of ogres, and would like to know what you all think of my army and would offer some points to see how i could improve (the game was very very very close)

You HAVE to take the Hellheart against VC. You could potentially wipe all of his vamps.. It's a must have vs. VC. I would consider dropping the Thundertusk to for more boots on the ground. You need to be able to survive those ghoul hordes..

he didnt acctuly bring a ghoul horde, he uses them as necromancer bunker, he more often then not brings along a horde of 40 skeles with konrad and a wight (hero level i think).
