Kruk Dwarpunta's Tribe

original thread ↗

So I decided to change the name of my tribe from the Hairy Brutes, but I will continue to give some Mohawks and mullets. I also finally got my new camera so I took many new pictures of them with far better detail.

sorry for the size of some of these, I'm only posting a few choice ones. here's the link to ALL the photos

Also sorry if some of these are sideways. for some reason photobucket likes to mess with me...

My 100 gnoblar horde is a WiP, forgoing individual bases and placing magnets on their feet and on the tray has been time consuming as they tend to fly out of place and land on another somewhere else in the unit

also its hard to tell when they are facing forward or backwards but given they are gnoblars I'm sure they run most times anyway.

I like your Ogres, but mostly looking forward to that Gnoblar horde. 10x10 is the only true horde formation.  :>D Not that good in game but it looks great.

I used Screaming Bell bases for my Night Goblin Gigamob (pics in my O&G paintlog linked in sig) as they are the right size to replace 15 little guys. I used four of them in a unit of 100 and a pair of four model regimental bases. This not only provided plenty of modelling opportunities but also easier handling, while 32 individually based models is still enough for casualty removal and character placement (not an issue with Gnoblars though).

Your Army is coming along very nicely.  I love that Irongut with the screaming bell weapon (last time I saw a pic of him he was grey I believe).

DEAR GOD!  That maneater wielding the plague furnace is possible one of the sickest conversion I have seen  I might actually use that idea for a second firebelly!

Gnoblar awarded for sickest maneater I have seen!

Think of it as a magic glove, like Michael Jackson use to wear, you could even model your character up grabbing at his crotch.
