Well, if you just started out....
If you already bought these modells, changes are hard to make.
3 things struck me when reading through your list:
1. Thundertusk + stonehorn
- These guys are ok, but in my oponion, they don't really give you the points back. The stonehorn sure hits hard, though this is ogre kingdoms - all your unit allready hit hard enough. The thundertusk? Since you're running lit's of naked ogres, the ASL debuff is ok, but still, it's kind of... meh. I'd say you should remove least one of them from the list. Since you're running lot's of the naked ogres, I'd recomend sticking with the thundertusk, removing the ironguts (since they don't benefit from asl) and put in more naked ogres. I would honestly not run either of the beasts, though I'm an irongut player, so I guess atleast the thundertusk would be ok for you.
Just to keep you openminded - the ironblaster is in my (and lot's of others) opinion(s) a very good rare choice - great shooting, and also, which I have seen people tend to forget - it's also a chariot with great stats, 3 str4 attacks, 3 str5 attacks and 1 str2 attack. It's a very viable choice.
2. The second Bruiser.
- The second bruiser is good, though he's not as needed as a second sorcerer. This is 2000 points, meaning we will most likely see lots of magic, compared to smaller army formats. You only have the slaughtermaster for magical defense (more dispells for you), though no defensive items. A second caster would not only be able to carry the awesome hellheart item (which would be an awesome magical defense), but it also enables you to choose between 4 different lores on one of the sorcerers if it's a butcher, or gives you an awesome breath weapon and some "ok" fire magic if you get the firebelly, though the fire magic is just a bonus for me, a firebelly is a good bargain anyways.
As I said, if you get a butcher, one of your sorcerers will have gut magic, and the other get's to choose either gut, beasts, death or heavens magic. I suggest that if you want beasts, let the butcher be your beasts caster. You only need the signature spell anyways. For death, give it to your SM. Same thing if you want heavens. If you for some reason want to give them both gut magic, then meh, nothing to be said.
3. Magic Defense
- ...Managed to discuss magic defense above, nothing more to be said
Another thing - Of course you can build your SM anyway you want though I'd probably go for fencer blades, greedy fist and glittering scales. Just a build that I find to be effective.
Otherwise, the list is fine. You could consider mournfangs or maneaters - really effective units that unfortunatly chews up your points. And the remains of our fallen enemies.

Think of it as a magic glove, like Michael Jackson use to wear, you could even model your character up grabbing at his crotch.
