Ironblaster stand and shoot?

I noticed the Ironblaster does not have Slow to Fire and while a normal cannon does, being that it follows the general war machine rules which an Ironblaster is not. So does this mean we can stand and shoot with our massive grapeshot?

I think it does have the slow to fire-rule, but it is hidden in the cannon of the skytitans-rule. That rule says it shoots like a normal cannon, meaning it follows all the rules applicable to cannons while shooting unless stated otherwise. The only exception made to this is being able to move and shoot because that is specifically allowed, but no such accomodation is made for stand&shoot. IMO you can't do that.

I'm pretty sure this is something that will be addressed in the FAQ when it comes out but I think the consensus is you can't stand and shoot with it.
