Stonehorn/ thundertusk crossbreeeding

Hi guys.

Im definately a massive fan of the stonehorn. Its such a great looking model. I really like the thundertusk stat line though!

Anyone thought about converting the stonehorn head to take the thundertusk....tusks?

I dont have the kit yet but just wondering if anyone has had the same thought. Mainly because the thundertusk head is just so lost on that huge model!

I have "changed" the heads as you describe and it was a little green/grey stuf work and clipping but I am satisfied with the result . Might be posting in gallery or in a blog later on .

sounds good i prefer the idea of a hunter on a stonehorn though but i imagine that on a thundertusk would be awsome aswell

I managed something along those lines too. i love the thundertusk for its rules and stats but thought the head just didn't look... right.

It can be differcult to align the tusks right because of the pose of the stonehorn's head in relation to its left shoulder plate (at least i found it so) but is definately managable with a little effort.
