Looks like Gnoblars have been dropped from the Battalion, but they've added in another 2 Ironguts.

Off now to compare the prices I translated from the GW site.

Nice to see not too much has changed, but Lordy, hasn't that Battalion box leapt up a bit, and now without the Gnoblars....

Still think any Battalion box should include a designated Leader/Champion model. You get them with the WHFB Island of Blood set after all.

The Battalion was still in my local GW for £60 a few weeks ago-Wish I'd picked it up now...

The Battalion has been $105 for the last 2-3 months at least.

I know because I missed out on ordering another 2 at the cheaper price for about a day!

I am still excited that the bulls box did not increase in price! 90 old Gnoblar pts for $40 before discount... Not too shabby. $30 with discount makes it 3 old Gnoblar pts per $1 not bad at all!

i am happy with all the prices. they seem to fit the current price changes. sad about the 2 mournfang a box but oh well. i think everyone in the world thinks it should be 3. and i hate the new batallion box (no gnoblars?!), but i dont have to buy those as i have all the ogres i need. stone horn price seems to fit with all the other big monster prices. and everything else is the same as it was. so it looks like i will only need to spend 200 bucks instead of like 400 like i thought. not too shabby.

Books are getting outrageous in price!!!

The books have been this price since just after the O&G book... Why are people still complaining.

Hm, repack means its exactly the same?  No chance of getting any additional bitz or anything?

Happy that the big monsters didn't end up being toooo crazy of pricing.

The repacks look like they will be the same contents but with updated packaging.

I am glad to see that the new models aren't too much $$... but the lack of gnoblars in the Battalion irks me a bit.  they take out $35 of R&F, which are a cheap unit and versitile, and replace them with $20 of ironguts... gonna have to think on this some more....  NOPE, still irks me.

The books have been this price since just after the O&G book... Why are people still complaining.

The last army book I bought was for Daemons and it was $25, and that was December 2010. So I'm "complaining" because the price bump is very steep in such a short amount of time.

But the price you paid for a Daemon Book was for a different product.

This one is hardback and not a black and white page to bee seen. Also from a internet retailer it can cost $30.94.

Hardly a huge rise.

A cheaper and easier to build scrap launcher makes me smile.  The time will soon come to retire my popsicle stick scrap launcher.
Also I like the new contents of the battalion box (even if i don't need another) although the older price did make it much more enticing.

As do I! I've already got numerous sprues of unused Gnoblars, but I'm always after more Ogres.

If you're cheap like I am, you still do get a gnoblar unit in the battalion box.  You just buy a bag of square bases from GW and you glue the gnoblars from the ogre sprues onto the bases. 

My army is about 1/2 regular gnoblars and 1/2 other gnoblars.

As do I! I've already got numerous sprues of unused Gnoblars, but I'm always after more Ogres.

Well i have only one 24 Gnoblar block  so I'm getting an old battalion box i can always convert some bulls to ironguts

I am a new Oge Kingdoms player.  I am really excited about the new releases. I think a couple of packs of the Mournfang calv are first on my list besides the book and cards. I agree it's sad to see that they droppped the gnoblars from the new box set. I just picked up one of the old Battalion box sets the other day. I lucked out and my FLGS had one in stock.

The new scraplauncher/ironblaster price has me smiling... I don't know what the ironblaster does, but not having to put together another old metal scraplauncher is worth whatever the cost lol.
