I will have to look for the exact names, but I prime white, then use the new GW blue wash, maybe a second coat if it is not solid blue. I am going to the mixing effect with the next color so the more blue it is the better imo. Then I use the standard GW pure yellow paint, and I dry brush that on, once the blue is totally dried on. This will give you blue in the deepest part of the models, and a brilliant green/yellow in the mid range, and a slight yellow on the edges. I then continue to pain the model in this state since it is easy to correct on, and one of the last steps is a bleach bone dry brush over the mid and high portions of the model. This negates the brilliant green and turns it down a few notches, but I do come back with a light dusting of yellow dry brush after the bleach bone.
I have other armies that I have painted pretty dark, and I always hear the same thing when the army gets judges. I love the technical side of your painting on this army, but it is so dark it is hard to pick out on the battle field. Since I do not see Ogres running around in bright colors, I went with a more lively, yet not human flesh tone on my army.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy...

This model is slightly more yellow than most of my army imo
