Cheating on me Skaven!

Hello everyone! I've been painting a fair amount of skaven and thought i could do with a change. ( Hence ogres, pretty much as opposite as you can get? )

Bought a batallion and book and have painted one tester. ( He does have edge highlighting on the skin but its not really noticable on the pic.









My friends and i are looking to do campaign forces at 2500 - 3000pts.
I had a quick mooch around and came up with this: ( Am not really into deathstar units )

For the next jump to 3000, i was thinking of including 3 maneaters w HA and CLS ( cos the models are gorgeous! Am kinda worried that they'd then be 90pts each . . . the skaven in me talking ), a Bruiser w HA, IF, Jumpin' Boots ( Counts as Arabyan Carpet - was going to use him as a warmachine / mage hunter or just to get flank bonus ) which would then leave me with not much left. Thinking drop the sword gnoblars and then add a leadbelcher?

Thats a really cool "frost" kind of look, I like the theme you got going on. Im thinking these are the ogres from the very tops of the mountains? Looking good, you just need to maybe add another color or two for contrast? Im not feeling the brown...its a little too...whats the word...idk...it just doesnt look right. Maybe go with white and grey colors? that would look good. It would punch up the blues and not be overbearing like the brown. (Gosh after painting Skaven I cant imagine why you would even want to look at brown anyway! lol )
