Hello,
 I guess I should just jump into the ogre infested waters and post some of my works/works in progress in anticipation of my Ogre Battalion For the most part I have Daemons and Dark Eldar with a few other minis thrown in for good measure. Oh and I have a habit of naming the minis I really like, so yeah, bear with me on that one

I got a gift on my doorstep from USPS today! Battalion box, 2 boxes of wyches and 1 box of Harlequins

I got the Leadbelchers put together already, though my table is drowning in bits!

These are very cool. Your first mini is better than anything I could do and i've painted at least 4000 points.

Thank you! I really enjoy the painting side of the hobby so I always try to push myself with each mini. I'm working on the Ironguts tonight. Hopefully I can get them done

Wanted to give you a quick update. I wasn't able to be at home for part of this week so no ogres But I was able to take some panting supplies and clowns with. Here they are:

Thanks! I'm actually really happy with how it turned out. When I was doing it, frustration levels were high, so I didn't think I'd like him at all. I probably should have painted the highlight on the bottom and made it look more like a gem, but I'm not patient enough to go back and redo it!

It's been a while since I've painted anything but I did get some Ogres done!







I have a few more in the works, so updates soon with different pants!

Eewh, armpit hair! Nice work, especially on the pants.

I'm really liking the variety of pants on these ogres. Nice work.
The skin is screaming for a final high light though.

I think a wash over the metal and skin and heck pants, boots and most else things too, to add some shading would also make them pop more with final highlights on there too. Good stuff.

K
