Can anyone confirm the correct base sizes for the Wood Elf Great Stag and Unicorn?
I'm currently suffering from 'use base as supplied' syndrome!!
Is it 50mm, 40mm or a bloomin' cavalry base?!

The so-called 'Great Migration' was in fact a retaliatory invasion of Cathay.
But no-one tells an Ogre he's going the wrong way....

wood elves, there's yer problem. thin, pointy ears, tree huggers... don't get me started on their bases.

Forgive me for my Wood Elf fetish. I can't get enough of throwing sticks at people!
I found the FAQ stating 50mm but it's not in the current one and 50mm seems massive for a monstrous beast. I guess it's so that it sits nicely next to Wild Riders but it screws ya if you were planning (like me!) to put it in a unit of 5 Treekin.
The Unicorn is even more ridiculous!
Use the base supplied GW says, then sells 2 different Unicorn models with different size bases!
Might just weld it to a 40mm base and throw dice at anyone who complains...
