Battalion question

original thread ↗

Greetings fellow Bruisers and Butchers!

I was wondering if you could make more than 4 ironguts out of the box. If so, how did you guys do that? Also I was wondering how to make a bruiser out of a regular bull or irongut :) Needing advise badly, got the battalion but don't want to screw it up xD

Thanks in advance!

Thorvald
*chomp* More meat for the maw!
The battalion only has 4 two-handed weapons sets, that being said, you can make a standard bearer and a bellower and that would give you a unit of six. Just give them impressive looking gutplates and then strap some shields on their arms and backs to make them look more irongutty.
The Battalion comes with 4 Ironguts base.
If you wanted to make a Bruiser, you'd have to lose a model, so I'd convert a Leadbelcher. Use a good-looking Irongut head, Irongut arms, and if your GS skills are any good, maybe some fur here and there to make him look relatively wealthy. Oh yeah, and a big ass weapon never hurt anybody (except the enemy).
I miss the Tenderiser...
I used to be called "Ghlezgar", if you want to know.

I have had great success using the hand weapons that come with the character models to produce additional great weapons for the Ironguts. The limiting factor is the arms, just get some of those on eBay and you'll be fine.
