Having trouble thinking up a name for your Ogre character? You're in luck!

I've just finished creating an Ogre Name Generator for the Stronghold's Downloads page, and you can find it over here.

Simply click on the "Generate Name" button to randomly generate Ogre names.

There are quite a lot of potential name combinations in the Ogre Name Generator, but there's always room for more! If you can think of any names you'd like me to add, please post them in the comments - thanks! :)

Very impressive, and considerably bigger than the old GW generator. Noticed some existing Stronghold names on there - Graniteballs and Treemuncher immediately spring to mind. It'd be funny to challenge someone to a game of Fantasy and then announce you'll be deploying a Landraider.
I don't suffer from mental instability. In fact, I enjoy it immensely.

And some shall call him Tim... and this one Conor. This one is Fluffy, Tim's right hand gnob.

Yeah, Landraider was one of the more lighthearted ones :lol:

There's a Thunderhawk in there too, and a Chickenchaser (inspired by Fable)...

Did you use the Warhammer Fantasy Roleplaying Game tables for that ? If not, it would be a good addition I think. :)

Very impressive tool, my Ogres won't be unnamed lonng now!

Yeah, I used names from the Imperial Ogres 2nd edition WFRP pdf (I don't have any WFRP books) plus names from here as well as others I thought up myself :)

May I suggest a Gnoblar Name Generator ?  :D

Obviously they won't get BigNames such as Elfcatcher or whatever. Maybe put a little (very little) chance to get one but it'll be more of Scrapbringer (yeah, just found my Pet Gnob name !  :lol:)
