Cathayan Longsword + Brace of Handguns

original thread ↗

I have been running this tyrant build:
Cathayan Longsword
Heavy Armor
Trickster's helm
Greyback Pelt
Mawseeker

If i were to add a BoH would I then get 6 WS7 Str5 attacks?

No, you wouldn't - you must choose at the beginning of a round of combat which weapon you are going to use, so you would either get 6 WS6 attacks, or 5 WS7 attacks. Even a Tyrant can't hold a longsword and 2 handguns and fight effectively at the same time!
I don't suffer from mental instability. In fact, I enjoy it immensely.

Gutlord Inquisitor: FORUM FIGHT! Me, I'm betting on the stronghold. Sure, they're outnumbered with thick skulls, stubborn bull-headedness and an inflated sense of self-worth, but hey, they're Ogres.
but i do get to make this decision each combat?

so could I take CLS and Great Weapon and choose which one to use each combat?
You must choose in the first round of any combat and you have to use it every round, for the entirety of the combat. You're free to use a different weapon when the character enters another combat.

Also, you can't take a CLS and a GW. The only additional equipment you may take is the BoH in conjunction with the others and then you may choose to use it in CC as a weapon if you like.
