i was wondering for some VC, what should i take for facing OK with VC, strigoi bloodline btw. Is there specific things i should do with my units other then tarpitting bulls.

I think you should probably check the "know your army". It is a section all about tactics against each army.

Jezzami is right - you should check out the 'Know Your Enemy' sub-forum, which has information from the Ogre perspective on fighting VCs.
Otherwise, for more VC-centric advice, perhaps check out a VC forum.
