new to fantasy and picked ogres

after winning the 40k tourney and getting 100 dollars store credit my store has decided to do a fantasy escalation league.  Starting at 500pts and increasing 250 a month till w get to 2000.  Not knowing how to play fantasy and being able to pick an army by just aperance alone i decided on ogres.  I want to build an ogre army that has all the models in it looking like gladiators.  using green stuff for helmets and some weapons i think it'll look great!

question:

in the back of the codex theres a giant that looks like its headed for the gladiator ring, does anyone know the specifics of how it was made?

when charging with ogres do you get impact hits, and then you get to attack as normal?

if i flee a charge can i still rally with an enemy nearby, and may i then charge them?

probably more questions to com

-as for the giant- green stuff
-yes the have the Bull Charge if the unit charges 6 or more inches
-yes you can rally if enemies are nearby unlike 40k. however, you cannot not charge as charge declarations are made before rallying fleeing troops
