Going for more Ogres and so not taking a Tyrant.  Yeah; probalby a mistake.

Maybe not.

You might drop the Great Skull and buy a second Thief Stone.  I used a GS for a while,  The doubles did not come up very often.  I think you would get better use from the Thief Stones.

The Tyrant is the best thing we have access to in our army book. Not taking one seems silly to me.

If you want to take more Ogres take a Tyrant and less characters.
