Hey guys, being going round the forum for a while now and so I finally decided to take a couple of pics of my WIP models. I wanted to give my ogres an eastern (mongolian/chinese) look, thus the choice of flesh colour. The quality of the pics is not 100%. Will try and take better ones when I finish the models.
First up is my first unit of bulls:

Bellower:

Standard bearer:

Champion

Other guy:

And here is my latest model, the Female Maneater:

As you can see they are all WIP so any comments would be greatly appreciated. What I am currently not happy with are the gut plates. Guess I need to give them a wash or something they seem to be a bit too bright. Also, I'm still at a loss as regards the bases. Was thinking on doing some sort of snow effect but I really have no idea how to make the bases stand out.
What do you think?

We are the wolf that stalks
The stars in the sky
And swallows the star-fire
We hide amongst the night
When light is gone
The Light is within us
We run the ruin of Fire
In the darkness
Foes burn in our passing
The stars in the sky
And swallows the star-fire
We hide amongst the night
When light is gone
The Light is within us
We run the ruin of Fire

Maybe some slate, or other form of stone dominantly covering most bases, some snow here and there, and some long-ish grass, and you've got good bases to go

with the bottom part planted in the ground and him holding it from the top.
