Well well, I just bought a few tau last week. I have long wanted to make a tau army, but never could get me away from that fantasy, This is going to be my first actual warhammer 40k army. So I’m looking forward to every part of it.

Now I'm forced to know 40k as well and that was the perfect time for me to get that tau army running. Last Saturday I had my first game with the fellows. It was 500 point and I lost. But I learned a few things that I will bring along for the next battle. I also learned that I need some of them kroot next time I feel the need to buy more. I so need something that can make a countercharge.

Today I found the time to paint the first test model and I have pictures for you ;)






Ohhhh... I need to cut and clean my nails :(

By the way, they don’t look that toxic now but I promise you they will when the bases are done Muahaha Pictures of that Soon.

nice painting and i like the dark armour and i think the yellow looks good but maybe use a bit more of it on the model. other than that can't wait to see more

Sadly, I am one of the few who think T'au look damn awful in dark colour schemes... I just don't think they live up to the quality of your trollbloods. But, that said, the skill on this mini is still pretty considerable :)
