so the nomination are in and it's tim to start voting for who the Ogre Stronghold members want to award the coveted title of Hobby Hero to this year.

What would the stronghold be without the multitude of competitions and events run by volunteers throughout the course of a year? The following three competions have each been partuclarly memorable and each recieved numerous nominations. So which of the following competions did you enjoy the most last year?

1:Lexy for the King of the Maw Arena of Death

2:Forgottenlor for the Ogre Stronghold WFO league

3:Corai for the Hobby Hero Awards 2007


The polls will stay open until 20th December at which point we will crown this year's Hobby Heroes!

Hobby Hero Awards was the best for me, a good chance for some recognition of all the things people on the site do to make it the best on the net.

I voted for Lexy for many reasons; the actual King of the Maw and Arena of Death tournaments, but also for his great writing skills on how the matches went. Of course, he was essentially the creator of Wakka-Wakka, as he created the Savage Orc's personallity. Good job Lexy and kudos to all who ran competitions. :)
